This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica to apply for this role.
Role summary
You will drive top-of-funnel growth by executing high-volume outbound outreach to potential US-based clients. This role focuses on qualifying prospects and scheduling high-quality meetings for Sales and Events teams, with success measured by activity consistency, follow-through, and meeting quality.
Responsibilities
Execute daily outbound calling activities using provided lead lists and defined call targets.
Introduce SMASH services to prospective clients through clear and professional conversations.
Conduct brief discovery calls to assess prospect interest, needs, and fit.
Schedule qualified meetings for Sales and Events teams.
Leave professional and effective voicemails when prospects are unavailable.
Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and notes in the CRM.
Follow established outreach scripts while adapting messaging naturally to each conversation.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and meeting-setting goals.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Events teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline hygiene to maximize conversion.
Requirements – Must-haves
English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling roles.
Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Representative.
Comfort working toward clearly defined activity and performance targets.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confidence engaging with professionals and decision-makers.
Organized, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice-to-haves (optional)
Experience setting meetings for B2B sales teams.
Background in staffing, recruiting, events, or professional services.
Hands-on experience using HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/outreach tools.
Familiarity working with US-based clients and business culture.
