Role summary
You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Yardi Senior Voyager and accounting-related modules, optimizing workflows and ensuring operational efficiency. This position requires cross-functional collaboration to streamline accounting processes and align system functionality with business goals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Yardi Senior Voyager and accounting-related modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize accounting and operational workflows.
  • Partner with implementation teams and third-party consultants to ensure successful system deployment.
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive user training programs.
  • Maintain project plans, documentation, and timelines to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Provide ongoing technical and operational support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
  • Implement quality assurance and testing procedures for new modules or updates.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to standardize processes and reporting.
  • Manage system changes and support compliance initiatives within SOX or internal control frameworks.
  • Monitor and track system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular project updates and communications for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements – Must-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or technology implementation.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Yardi systems (Senior Voyager preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Nice-to-haves (optional)

  • Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
  • Experience working within SOX-regulated environments.
  • Exposure to property management, real estate, or healthcare infrastructure industries.
  • Familiarity with Yardi data integrations and system enhancements.
