This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica to apply for this role.
Role summary
You will support digital growth initiatives by managing and optimizing WordPress websites, improving search visibility, and enhancing lead conversion through digital channels. This role combines web development, SEO/SEM support, and conversion optimization to generate financing leads from online marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Design, update, test, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and landing pages.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end website issues.
Implement website layouts and updates in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
Support SEO initiatives including keyword optimization, content updates, and on-page improvements.
Assist with SEM campaigns and paid search initiatives.
Optimize landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates.
Create and manage visual assets such as banners, graphics, and infographics.
Convert design mockups (Figma or Adobe XD) into functional HTML/CSS pages.
Prepare and optimize images and digital assets for web performance.
Monitor and report on website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve digital user experience and engagement.
Requirements – Must-haves
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
Experience managing and customizing WordPress websites.
Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
Understanding of responsive design principles and web performance optimization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and marketing teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves (optional)
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
Exposure to SEM campaign support or digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity with WordPress theme customization or plugin configuration.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and landing page best practices.
Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, or financial services industries.
