This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica to apply for this role.


Role summary
You will maintain accurate, organized, and reliable data within DealCloud CRM to support capital raising and marketing initiatives. This entry-level role focuses on precise data entry, record maintenance, and database hygiene to ensure campaign and reporting teams operate with clean and trustworthy pipeline information.


Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer and prospect records within DealCloud CRM.

  • Verify data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to naming conventions.

  • Remove duplicate records and flag inconsistencies for review.

  • Upload spreadsheets and import structured data lists into the CRM.

  • Conduct research to validate and enrich new and existing entity records.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy standards.

  • Document updates and maintain organized data records.

  • Support senior team members with basic administrative and data-related tasks.


Requirements – Must-haves

  • Strong attention to detail with high typing accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in web-based systems.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote setup.


Nice-to-haves (optional)

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (DealCloud or similar).

  • Experience supporting marketing, capital raising, or financial services teams.

  • Interest in private equity or investment ecosystems.
