This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica to apply for this role.

Role summary
You will lead the design and implementation of SAP BRIM solutions with a strong focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI) in high-volume transactional environments. This role combines deep SAP expertise, client-facing leadership, and solution ownership to deliver scalable billing and revenue management capabilities for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP BRIM solution design and implementation initiatives with focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Act as a design authority and trusted advisor during SAP BRIM project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and optimize billing and invoicing processes for high transaction volume environments.
• Drive architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and solution governance across workstreams.
• Support integration between SAP BRIM modules and related enterprise systems.
• Identify and resolve functional and technical issues throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to functional and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and evolving BRIM technologies.
• Communicate project risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements – Must-haves

• Senior-level hands-on experience with SAP BRIM.
• Deep specialization in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Proven experience in lead or design-authority roles for SAP BRIM implementations.
• Strong experience working in high transaction volume enterprise environments.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, drive decisions, and facilitate solution discussions.
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and billing processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex implementations.
• Fluent professional English with availability to work US East Coast hours.

Nice-to-haves (optional)

• Experience with additional SAP BRIM modules and integrations.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in telecom, subscription billing, or recurring revenue business models.
• SAP certifications related to BRIM or billing solutions.

Languages

• English C1, Spanish C1
