This is an on-site role based in Tlalnepantla. To be considered, candidates must be located in Mexico and be Mexican citizens.

Role summary:
You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, driving digital transformation across manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations. This role combines program leadership, change management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful adoption, operational continuity, and long-term business value. 

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project charter, scope, timeline, budget, and risk framework for ERP implementation.
• Establish governance structures including Steering Committee, functional leads, and vendor coordination.
• Lead full ERP lifecycle: AS-IS analysis, TO-BE design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Oversee integration of ERP across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and HR processes.
• Manage complex data migration from legacy systems ensuring data quality, traceability, and integrity.
• Plan and execute UAT, system testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
• Drive organizational change management, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor KPIs including progress, risks, budget, and system adoption metrics.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and provide executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve critical risks impacting scope, timeline, or cost.
• Ensure documentation of system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

Requirements – Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
• Minimum 4+ years leading ERP implementations.
• Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution
