This is an on-site role based in Tlalnepantla. To be considered, candidates must be located in Mexico and be Mexican citizens.
Role summary:
You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, driving digital transformation across manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations. This role combines program leadership, change management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful adoption, operational continuity, and long-term business value.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project charter, scope, timeline, budget, and risk framework for ERP implementation.
- Establish governance structures including Steering Committee, functional leads, and vendor coordination.
- Lead full ERP lifecycle: AS-IS analysis, TO-BE design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Oversee integration of ERP across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and HR processes.
- Manage complex data migration from legacy systems ensuring data quality, traceability, and integrity.
- Plan and execute UAT, system testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Drive organizational change management, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor KPIs including progress, risks, budget, and system adoption metrics.
- Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and provide executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve critical risks impacting scope, timeline, or cost.
- Ensure documentation of system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
Requirements – Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
- Minimum 4+ years leading ERP implementations.
- Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution
